Nichi is the CEO of The Successful Zebra, a coaching company that empowers individuals with invisible conditions to reclaim their lives and embrace their unique strengths, or "zebra stripes." She is also the host of The Sustainable Success Series podcast, where she shares humble, raw stories of triumph over adversity, and founder of The Million Seen Movement, a global initiative advocating for better recognition and sustainable solutions for invisible conditions.
With qualifications in business, awards for her research in rural adolescent mental health, and experience as a former hairdresser and award-winning salon owner, Nichi combines her diverse skills with a passion for helping others live with energy, purpose, and fulfillment.
