Nichi Morrin is a visionary clinical psychologist, entrepreneur, and founder of a rural psychology clinic specializing in hypermobility, dysautonomia disorders, invisible conditions, women’s health, eating disorders, neurodiversity, intimacy, and trauma. Known for her authenticity, humour, and deep empathy, Nichi brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. Her own journey with invisible health conditions, infertility, burnout, and major surgery has deeply informed her approach to sustainable success and wellbeing.
Nichi is the CEO of The Successful Zebra, a coaching company that empowers individuals with invisible conditions to reclaim their lives and embrace their unique strengths, or "zebra stripes." She is also the host of The Sustainable Success Series podcast, where she shares humble, raw stories of triumph over adversity, and founder of The Million Seen Movement, a global initiative advocating for better recognition and sustainable solutions for invisible conditions.
